INCENTIVE/FIT:Canon point is the key for this one -- at any other time, Barry's incentive would be to go back in time and save his mother from her hurried defeat, rewrite the timelines and give the Allen family the history they were meant to have. However, Barry at the finale has already been given the chance to save him mother and refused it, but in turn lost another friend, on top of losing his mother once more. Eddie Thawne killed himself, as an old descendant to the man who killed Barry's mother, and thus created a wormhole in the timeline, rewriting it entirely. Due to this, Barry's incentive will be to restore the timeline, manage to stop his mother's murderer before Eddie has a chance to kill himself.
As far as fit, Barry is both of age and of obvious interest in sex. Over the course of the canon material, Barry has a fleeting girlfriend and makes it fairly well-assured that he would love to have sex with her, the only issue being that he loses some control of his powers when he gets down and dirty, and essentially becomes a human vibrator. So, ladies ( and gents ).

ANYTHING ELSE?Barry is the Flash so obviously he has the power of GOES FAST!! which has some potentially game breaky additions slapped onto it, like time travel! I'll assume these have all been nerfed, and since it can only really happen when he's very emotional, it probably wouldn't have come up anyway. ♥
